hi andy — really diggin’ this man. elements of it reminds me a little bit of classic underworld such as “rez” and the lushness reminds me of old drum club numbers. very, very nice!

Man, you really have something in just the bassline/kick, and I can even kind of get into the pads if they were to come in really late in the track, but the combination of the lazysnake/chords/extra percussion just sounds too busy for me. Remember, I’m a minimal guy, so less is more. If you just ride out the bassline/kick and add a simple, clean shuffley hi-hat and snare you’d have an instant 6-minute groover.

I like the oddity feature, it gives it an old school acid feel which I like, it keeps you on the up & up and keeps it deep. The track over all has a whole tingly touchy feel to it. I like it. I think it’ll keep all the space cadets on planet earth content.

aces. love that marching snare in the middle, which I heard non-stop during my stint at burning man last week. Everyone’s on the Astroboy kick, it seems.
