very polished! and i don’t mean “to be made polish”, as in the country. of course i like the stripped-down part toward the end.

i have an idea for another mix of that track. you could make a spooky kind of space disco mix. at 1:30, when that “stuff” comes in (sorry, i don’t have another name for it), you could use that really sparingly, subtley echoed and “tracky sounding”, still building up like it does, but somehow more stripped, and chopped up. kinda like cutting it in and out with a crossfader. and you’d have to be careful–too much volume and cutting the sound would ruin the effect. those other instruments coming up to it could still be used. but i think the rhythm would have to be changed to make it “space disco”. you could have a lot of fun with this one. i was just going over the docking in space, and that whole spooky background stuff has got me going….
