This song is a strange combination of swoosh and heavy percussion and improvised keys that I’m sure it’s gonna leave a lot of people scratchin’ their heads and wondering where I’m coming from. Even I can’t tell for sure if maybe I just like it because I’ve spent too much time on it.

The whole thing:
Daydream Mod gets a total makeover with Live 7: sidechain compression on the bassline to duck in time with the kick, replaced the acoustic piano with Ableton’s new Electric instrument for a Rhodes sound, and some more modulation made easy by the new multiple “lanes” available in the arrangement view.
